What is Plickers?
Plickers is a simple tool that lets teachers collect real-time formative assessment data without the need for student devices. You can use Plickers for quick checks for understanding to know whether your students are understanding big concepts and mastering key skills with the use of a Smartphone or tablet and Plickers cards that you can simply print on a printer.

An example of how I used it in my classroom:
Using the book, "Too Tall Houses" by Gianna Marino, I created a quick assessment that covered the characters in the story, the setting of the story, the beginning, middle, and the end of the story. Each question was set up on its' own page and the students could show me their answer to the question by turning their Plickers Card in a certain direction. Click on the file button below to access the character and setting pages of the assessment. (Sorry, the file was too big to have in 1 document, so each page is separate! If you'd like the other pages, please let me know. You are limited to the size of your uploaded documents on the free version of Weebly!)
